Dans chaque cas, déterminer, si cela est possible, la limite de $\displaystyle \lim_{x \rightarrow +\infty}f(x)+ g(x)$, de $\displaystyle \lim_{x \rightarrow +\infty}f(x)\times g(x)$ puis de $\displaystyle \lim_{x \rightarrow +\infty}\dfrac{f(x)}{g(x)}$.
  1. $\displaystyle \lim_{x \rightarrow +\infty}f(x)=+\infty$ et $\displaystyle \lim_{x \rightarrow +\infty}g(x)=3$.

    Attention, les écritures ci-dessus remplacent les limites mais sont incorrectes...
    il y a un cas d'indétermination
    $\displaystyle \lim_{x \rightarrow +\infty}f(x)+ g(x)=-\infty$
    $\displaystyle \lim_{x \rightarrow +\infty}f(x)\times g(x)$ est indéterminée.
    $\displaystyle \lim_{x \rightarrow +\infty}\dfrac{f(x)}{g(x)}=-\infty$
  3. $\displaystyle \lim_{x \rightarrow +\infty}f(x)=2$ et $\displaystyle \lim_{x \rightarrow +\infty}g(x)=0$ et $g(x)<0$.

    Déterminer la limite de chaque terme du quotient

Exercice 3 (2 points)
On considère la fonction $f$ définie sur $\mathbb{R}$ par $f(x)=e^x-3x$
  1. Déterminer $\displaystyle \lim_{x \rightarrow -\infty}f(x)$ et interpréter graphiquement ce résultat.

    La courbe admet une asymptote d'équation $y=0$ en $-\infty$.
  2. Montrer que pour tout réel $x\neq 0$ on a $f(x)=e^x\left(\dfrac{e^x}{x}-3\right)$ et en déduire $\displaystyle \lim_{x \rightarrow +\infty}f(x)=0$

    Si $x\neq 0$ on a $f(x)=e^x-3x=x\left(\dfrac{e^x}{x}-3\right)$
